The IT Service Desk, previously located in the Edward Wright Building, has moved to Floor 1 of The Sir Duncan Rice Library (TSDRL). It is located next to Library staff based at the Floor 1 Information Centre.

If you have any IT issues that require speaking with someone in person please come and see the friendly and knowledgeable staff that will be based there Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

You can still log an IT call using the online MyIT Portal, or in other ways. See the IT Service Desk webpages for more details.

IT Service Desk staff will also be available, between September 5 and 21, in the Elphinstone Hall to help new students with the Registration process as they arrive here in Aberdeen. They will be working alongside many other services in the Elphinstone Hall during this time, to complement the work done at the new IT Service Desk in TSDRL.
