IT Services is relocating the IT Service Desk Walk-in Service to the Sir Duncan Rice Library from Monday 3 September 2018. This means that the current walk-in location in the Edward Wright Building will be permanently closed to visitors after Friday 31 August.

In the Sir Duncan Rice Library, the IT Service Desk will be placed alongside the Library Information Desk, and it will provide the users help in person with IT related queries. The Desk is open from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

IT Services will continue to handle email and phone inquiries as usual, and the Foresterhill Service Desk remains open in room 1:122 of the Polwarth Building. You can also log an IT query any time through MyIT portal.
