Intermittent outages are still occurring on the Dawsonera e-book platform. The latest report states:

“Unfortunately we are still experiencing problems with the dawsonera site and will continue to do so until further notice. We are aware of the unacceptable level of service on the platform over the past two weeks. In order to resolve this we are working our way through a series of actions one by one to eliminate the issues and improve the site speed and performance. The issues are particularly noticeable during peak hours and this is when we are more likely to experience unplanned and intermittent outages. We realise that this continued level of service is below expectation and can assure you that we are working towards a complete resolution.”
