“Due to an unforeseen technical issue, Dawsonera has been unavailable since 13:40 on Wednesday 18th June and our engineers have been working throughout the night to restore the service. Unfortunately the issue has not yet been resolved.

At this stage we are unable to provide a time scale for when the service will resume, but we assure you that we are working hard to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. We will provide regular updates as soon as they become available and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to both you and your users.”
