Due to the Data Refurbishment Project there will be planned IT system downtime on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 December. Many library services will be unavailable at that time through the normal routes e.g. self-issue machines, Primo, the library catalogue, past exam papers. However, all libraries will be open and it will still be possible to access and use the majority of library services – just in in a different way! Specific details can be found on our website.

As mentioned in the original information on the outage, if you are planning to return library material before leaving for the Christmas vacation we’d recommend doing this today (Wednesday 12 December), if possible.

Normal service is scheduled to resume on Saturday 15 December with a one hour period of downtime planned for 18.00-19.00 on Monday 17 December.
