We have been informed that some databases on the ProQuest platform will be unavailable for approximately 10 hours, beginning Sunday 25 July at 03:00 a.m. This time will be used to perform important maintenance of the ProQuest infrastructure.

ProQuest will be taking up to an eight-hour maintenance window beginning Sunday 31 January at 03:00 am. During this maintenance window many ProQuest databases and Ebook Central will be temporarily unavailable.

Ex Libris are moving the RefWorks data centre to a new server. The process began in December and will be completed in May.
Therefore, a further downtime will take place on Sunday 10 May 2020, which will affect both Legacy RefWorks and the new version of RefWorks, as well as Write-N-Cite and RefWorks Citation Manager.
This will be starting at 03:00 (am) on Sunday 10 May 2020 and will last for about 12 hours.

The British Library’s electronic Table of Contents service, Zetoc, will be at risk on Tue 30th June while it is moved onto a new cloud platform. No downtime is anticipated but the Zetoc service should be considered at risk in the morning.
