RefWorks have announced a downtime on Sunday 25th August for a system maintenance:

“On Sunday 25th August there will be a downtime for RefWorks beginning at 03.00 and lasting until 09.00. It will not be possible to access network paths for RefWorks during this time period. Attempted access will redirect you to a reminder about the scheduled maintenance hours.

After the system maintenance has been performed, users may notice brief periods of slow response time while our operations team carries out routine testing to verify system capacity and performance.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience; however, this system maintenance is necessary to make significant improvements to storage performance issues amidst forecasted usage growth. Please note that this will not compromise any work in your personal RefWorks database.”
